Variable Assignment

When users have variable assignments, they must indicate specific sections and zones when they sign in to the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system in the Capacity Management Suite^® solution each day. The supervisors will determine which sections and zones that bed cleaners and transporters should indicate and inform the employees. When TransportTracking^™ application users with variable assignments sign in to the IVR, they may choose an option to work exclusively in the sections or zones that they indicate. When they select this option, they will not be assigned to work in other sections and zones.
